What a Welcome!
Our church did a great job tonight with welcoming Tim and me. Dinner was great and the entertainment was a lot of fun! Tonight was even more special because we had family there to join us in the welcome. So thanks David, Adrienne, Dan, and Ruby for coming out. God has not stopped impressing me with this move. Not only are the people in the church amazing, but God is showing us his presence throughout the community. This church has been very inviting and helping us feel welcomed and comfortable. I'm excited to see over the years what God does with this partnership he has created.

We had a lot of fun! I agree with David, everyone was very friendly (its kinda the norm most time to go to a new church and not have people greet you and talk with you in a genuinely friendly way, which is pretty sad) and interested in what we were doing in life and our families. I hope you guys are able to learn even more about ministry as you serve there.
Don’t worry, we’ll come visit you a lot this summer. Maggie LOVES swimming in lakes and hanging outside when the sun is shining.

I just finished uploading some of the pictures from last night.
I’m glad y’all felt welcomed too. God has surrounded us with a great community. We’re looking forward to lots of summer visits. We just found out that there are a total of 10 of us church families on the lake now, and most with boats. I would think the lake would get pretty crowded since it’s small, but that means non-stop fun!
