First party at the Schmoyer’s in Maple Grove
We had our first party last night at our new house. We had the youth group over for the Super Bowl. There were about 20 + people and it was pretty fun. I could only stay for a little bit cause I had to work last night. I guess everyone had a good time and we even got to have a fire in our fire place! This week end has been nursing hell…pardon my french 
I have had really busy patients…I have had explosive diarrhea, projectile vomitting, found patients on the floor not moving, had a pt stroke on me, etc. This job is hard work…I bet these stories make you want to go back to school for nursing I can’t wait til morning when I can climb into bed! I don’t get paid enough for this!

seriously i don’t know what i would do if i had your patients. its a shame you cant just send them to someone else
Thats what i do. We send you patients right before they go down the slidy board

Oh my girl. I feel sooo bad for you. David is right - make plans to advance to a speciality . It’s the ONLY way to do this LONG term. Plus often you get paid more. cath lab, SDS, PAcu, cardiac rehab is really good, Iv teram, Radiology nurse, Pre Admissions. Check out your options - even OR - although that is gonna have on call time with it. Pray for direction nancy

I hope your explosive diarrhea gets better soon! That can be real embarrassing when in public, I’m sure.
