Since Nancy is curious about our little one I guess I’ll do a little blogging I’m just starting to show and my jeans are a bit snug…When I was 15 weeks with Ruby my stomach was flat as a board…things change. It is becoming more of a reality to me that we are actually going to have ANOTHER baby. It was hard to grasp the concept with Ruby cause we didn’t know what to expect…this time I can picture in my mind just how it might be. I am very excited and a little nervous. Ruby is spoiled having mommy and daddy to herself. She will have a rude awakening I am not planning on finding out the sex of the baby this time either. We love the surprise. With Ruby I thought from the beginning that I was having a girl. With this one I’m not so sure. I usually feel girl but I sometimes think it’s a boy. I guess we will just have to wait and see!!! The nursery is ready to go with Ruby in it and we’re planning on having the two share the bedroom so we can keep our spare bedroom/office open. we may have to get a second crib but hopefully when baby is ready to get out of the basinet, Ruby will be ready for a big girl bed. I can hardly picture her in a real bed…she still feels like my little baby. We are still working on girl names. If it is a boy it will be Titus Daniel. Dan and I can’t agree on a girl name. I have one that I’m in love with and he won’t go for it. I hope I can wear him down in the next few months That’s about all for now! Love you all and can’t wait to see you soon!

First I want to say how excited we are about our new baby boy. Adrienne doesn't know what she's in for with "a son of Daivd". It' s good you are already in our prayers !!   I'm anxious to know what Maggie is thinking about her newbaby . On another subject… We went to Luke Hodges wedding last night.  Dad participated in the  ceremony It was the cinderella reception - desperately romantic and goregous with NOTHING left to desire or imagine. The food -  room full of just appetizers, both hot and cold, 4 meats and a variety of seafood - just for appetizers !!! It was "cruise food" - everything sculptured into roses, watermelons craved into designs, marinated zucchini,squash, mushrroms,artichokes, roasted peppers, every kind of cheese, crackers, whole grain breads, humus, dips…. Then there were the fruits - colors and slices arranged in foral design.  It looked to beautiful to eat !!..Then we moved into the dining room - high glass ceiling, wihite lattice panels between full ceiling  to floor windows  with formal setting places - complete with 5 forks !!! I'm good knowing what to do with 2 or 3 ,but 5!!! They had a DJ that played some great dance music that Sarah's side of the family took full adavatge of. The Oklahoma crowd was alittle more "subdued", but a few of us did some romantic slow dancing. I'm looking forward to great dancing in heaven ! The bride wore a size 0 halter ,plain dress. I know she'll look back on THAT and say 'I can't beleive I fit into that  !!" 10 yrs from now . How about it ladies ?. Having Monica here all week was soooooo much fun  , much better tha Prozac or chocolate. I felt so good having her here. Like 2 old chums back in high school. Enough said. It really lifted my spirits and I feel so refreshed. Love mom/nancy

We had our first party last night at our new house. We had the youth group over for the Super Bowl. There were about 20 + people and it was pretty fun. I could only stay for a little bit cause I had to work last night. I guess everyone had a good time and we even got to have a fire in our fire place! This week end has been nursing hell…pardon my french I have had really busy patients…I have had explosive diarrhea, projectile vomitting, found patients on the floor not moving, had a pt stroke on me, etc. This job is hard work…I bet these stories make you want to go back to school for nursing I can’t wait til morning when I can climb into bed! I don’t get paid enough for this!
