Hi All! I have a prayer request for everybody. Mid November I will be switching to night shift. I will be working 2 nights a week from 11pm til 730am. We decided to make the switch so Ruby doesn’t have to go to day care. So…please pray for me. I hated night shift before and I’m hoping it will be different this time. Pray that God will give me patience with Ruby when I only have a few hours of sleep under my belt! Love and miss you all lots!

Recently Sadam Huessin went on a hunger strike to protest  a new appiointed judge over his war trial. It made me think that even in his controlled environment he has contol over WHAT HE PUTS IN HIS MOUTH !!! S0 what does that say  to us Dieters? One thing we Do have control over and that is what we put in our mouths. Just a thought for the day. love mom/nancy
